Keto Chocolate

I am obsessed with high-quality chocolate!!!  Here are some of the recipes I've used/adapted:

Chocolates with Cacao Nibs & Sea Salt - For these I used my favorite cocoa powder of all time, Scharffen Berger and flake sea salt from The Fresh Market

Peppermint Cups - I used 100% chocolate discs from a local Philly-area chocolatier, Chocodiem

Truffles - I enhanced these with Raspberry and Lemon essences from Frontier
